ONE-ON-ONE KRAV MAGA TRAINING

In today's fast-paced world, many of us lead busy lives, juggling multiple responsibilities. Sometimes, fitting regular Krav Maga classes into our schedules can be challenging. However, the good news is that having a busy schedule doesn't have to prevent you from starting Krav Maga training or improving your self-defence skills.

If you are unable to attend regular classes due to time constraints, shift work or family commitments or simply want to refine the skills you learned in a group class, then private lessons may be just the answer you are looking for!

WHAT TO EXPECT

The session typically begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for the physical demands of the training. This may involve dynamic stretching, cardiovascular exercises, and bodyweight exercises.

The training itself involves learning and practicing various techniques and principles of Krav Maga. These techniques include strikes (punches, kicks, elbows, knees), blocks, ground fighting, and defences against various types of attacks (grabs, chokes, knife threats, gun threats, etc.).

During a one-on-one training session, our instructor will provide immediate feedback, to ensure ensuring  the techniques are executed correctly and efficiently. The instructor can also adjust the intensity of the training to suit the student's capabilities, gradually increasing the difficulty as the student progresses their Krav Maga skills.

Private training allows the instructor to share their knowledge and experience more comprehensively. They can explain the underlying principles and concepts of Krav Maga, discuss the psychology of self-defence, and provide insights into real-world scenarios.
