In our adult Krav Maga classes, students will learn a combination of striking, grappling, and defensive techniques to neutralise threats. The training typically starts with basic movements and progresses to more advanced techniques as students gain proficiency. Training sessions often involve drills, sparring, and simulated scenarios to simulate real-life confrontations.

Krav Maga places a strong emphasis on practicality and adaptability. Students learn to defend against various attacks, including punches, kicks, grabs, chokes, and armed assaults. They also learn to handle multiple assailants, defend against weapons, and deal with common street situations such as carjackings or muggings.

Training not only enhances physical fitness but also builds mental toughness, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It promotes a mindset of self-defense and personal safety, teaching students to recognize potential threats and respond effectively.
